Typical student pub - plenty of (decent) food for little money. You can get full here and survive the rest of the month (financially). There are enough seats in the beer garden, there is also a smoking area and there are even seats in front of the restaurant directly on Waldstrasse. The waitresses are friendly. Vegetarians are also thought of, there is enough without meat.

Great atmosphere in the middle of Karlsruhe. A reservation is recommended as there is also a lot going on during the week. The service is really friendly and the food tastes good. All in all, it is also inexpensive there. I would like to come back.

Very tasty dishes, the menu of the day always offers new surprises. We were there with a disabled person and the staff spoke to him and read the menu aloud. The prices are fair, the portions could be a bit bigger, with the ham noodles there was a lot of salad. The restaurant is very comfortably furnished. The beer garden in the backyard is very pleasant to sit in, the warmer has direct access to the parking garage. It is a bit unsuitable for wheelchair users to come into the restaurant, but the beer garden is barrier-free.

Nice little place with "Hammer" food. We went for breakfast, but it was 2 minutes after 12,so we could not have it, and I went for a crepe instead. We were sitting in the backyard that is also pretty and feels cosy, but there were so many wasps around us that it was impossible to enjoy your food or drink without them flying in your face. Better to go when the weather is colder and the wasps are gone! ?

We come from Cologne and were spontaneously in the warmer. We were warmly welcomed and brought to the beer garden through a kind of gate entrance. The conditions were very nice and we immediately fulfilled our wishes. It was so delicious that we will definitely go back tomorrow. We only paid 21 euros for 2 people. We are excited ???

Great place for hungry students and price conscious people! You can't beat the value for money here. Nice, cheap food with good portion sizes. Service is friendly, even if they are somewhat disorganized, but you can't complain when you see the prices.

Stövchen is a Karlsruhe classic! Good prices, nice interior design, Flammkuchen, a big courtyard, cocktail. Don't expect a culinary overkill, it's just simple good stuff.

Extremely cheap (6 euros for hot), at the same time sincerely, tasty, with a wide selection of local specialties - lazy meat dumplings, flammkuchen, Kaiserschmarrn pancake pastry dessert and so on and so on. Cozy patio, pleasant background music, friendly young waitresses. Work late every day. Just a dream, already want to come back!

The beer was good, but the waitress was not friendly. I didn't feel so comfortable because of that.

The breakfast was ok, nothing special. The head waitress did not want to speak english although she could understand and speak fluently.

Nice place to hang out with people

One of my favourite places in Karlsruhe, in Stövchen you get to eat cheap and tasty food in a nice atmosphere. You can build your own Flammkuchen and do all sorts of crazy combinations with the toppings, from delicious to ones that only your buddy that lost a bet should eat. The place gets crowded though, so be wary of that.

Always good for a cheap and cheerful meal. Good sized portions and friendly staff. The only negative is that the seating is a bit squashed and some tables too narrow when eating.

In compare to other restaurants, the food is cheap. Perfect for group gatherings and parties. But it's almost always full especially on weekends so make sure to reserve a table before you go.

The food is nice, the service is good, one point you should consider and it relates to just one thing in your menu: I ordered Limonade made out of oranges and ingwer. Instead, I was brought Fanta mixed with water, which was confirmed and admitted by restaurant’s staff. It is in the interests of your restaurant’s reputation to not mislead customer, so please correct the name of this drink.
